At Radiant English Academy, we believe that discipline, mutual respect, and responsibility are the pillars of a successful educational journey. Our rules and regulations are thoughtfully designed to maintain a positive, safe, and nurturing environment where every child can grow academically, emotionally, and morally. All students and parents are expected to understand and abide by these guidelines to support the school’s mission of excellence in education and character-building.

General School Rules

• Students must wear the complete and clean school uniform on all working days and during official events.

• Punctuality is mandatory. Students must arrive at school at least 10 minutes before the first bell.

• Students should maintain silence in corridors, especially during class hours.

• Mobile phones, electronic gadgets, or smart watches are strictly prohibited unless permitted for academic use.

• Any form of bullying, disrespect, or misconduct with teachers, peers, or staff will result in disciplinary action.

• Students must speak in English within the school premises to strengthen communication skills.

• Students must take care of school property. Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence will result in fines or penalties.

• Use of abusive language, inappropriate behavior, or promoting negativity is strictly not allowed.

Academic Rules & Regulations

• Minimum 85% attendance is required to be eligible for final examinations and school certifications.

• All students must complete their homework, assignments, and project work within the given deadlines.

• Absence without prior information will be considered as a violation of discipline. A leave application signed by the parent must be submitted for any absence.

• Malpractices in exams such as cheating or plagiarism are considered serious offenses and may lead to disqualification.

• Participation in school tests, assessments, and practicals is compulsory.

Student Responsibilities

All students of Radiant English Academy are expected to:

1. Be respectful and courteous to all teachers, classmates, and school staff.

2. Take ownership of their learning, attend all classes attentively, and give their best effort.

3. Keep the classroom and campus clean and organized at all times.

4. Participate in co-curricular and cultural activities actively.

5. Follow all digital safety rules while using school computers or online platforms.

6. Report any unusual behavior or safety concern to the authorities immediately.

7. Maintain a positive attitude and encourage others.

8. Represent the school with integrity during inter-school or external events.

9. Bring only necessary academic materials to school – no expensive or unauthorized items allowed.

10. Maintain regular communication with mentors and parents for academic progress and support.

Parental Guidelines

• Parents must ensure that students follow the daily school routine, are prepared for classes, and come to school in proper uniform.

• Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings regularly to stay updated on your child’s progress.

• Use the school communication app or portal to monitor academic performance and attendance.

• Inform the school in case of emergency leave, illness, or travel in advance.

• Encourage your child to participate in counselling, mentorship, and support sessions provided by the school.

Disciplinary Actions

In case of any violation of rules, the following actions may be taken depending on the severity:

• Verbal Warning

• Written Warning with Parent Notification

• Temporary Suspension

• Debarment from School Activities

• Final Expulsion in Case of Repeated/Severe Offenses
